Build a Sundae! Freebie!


It's Manic Monday again at Classroom Freebies!

Here is my Freebie. 
Build a Sundae Survey!
I used this with our Character Ed program with our buddy class at the end of the school year. Students mingle with each other and build their sundae by answering the survey questions.  When they finish the survey they make the real thing. 
Who doesn't like ice cream?!!

    Hey Sandra! I'm number 95. . . so you ARE getting closer to 100! Cute blog. I wondered if you could answer a question for me. How do you get your things shown on Classroom Freebies? I emailed them just 2 weeks ago and they said they weren't taking anymore freebies. . . do you know anything about that?
